    Terms and conditions of business for Only Nice People Limited

    1. Only Nice People Limited (ONP) is a limited liability company based in Greater London, UK and has been founded to create a community of nice businesses, enterprises and businesspeople, who are verified ‘nice’, initially by the founders of the company, and as time passes, by others who they recommend as their contacts. Only Nice People helps connect nice businesses with customers seeking exceptional service.

    2. ‘Nice’ means that the services provided to the customers by the ONP businesses or businesspeople, are considered by recipients to be more than satisfactory, and go the extra mile by leaving their customers happy with the experience they have had from the ONPs.

    3. When businesses sign up to the Only Nice People community, they will be able to create a personalised ‘splash’ or ‘profile’ page that will live on the Only Nice People website and will be found by customers who search for the category of business.

    At September 2025 the monthly membership fee is £19.99, or £200.00 per annum if you choose to pay annually. This fee is fixed for your lifetime with Only Nice People. The only ever addition will be VAT when we are required to charge it. The monthly membership includes is a host of other benefits that we are happy to inform you about in detail before you join. These include helping you to set up your business if you are a new business; marketing your business; SEO’ing your profile page to get it featuring high on Google; Social Media posts and continued presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

    1. Every business will be asked to provide one customer review as part of the sign-up process. This review will be verified and validated by a team of investigators known as Bruno’s team. Upon validation of that review, the business will receive an official invitation to become a member of the Only Nice People community. The customer review will be added to that business’ splash page which will then be pushed live.

    2. A business will initially agree to remain on the onlynicepeople.co.uk website for a minimum of 6 months. This is because it will take a minimum of 6 months for Google to recognise a business within the Only Nice People website and, in turn rank that business highly on a Google search. After 6 months, if the business isn’t happy with the service they are receiving, they can cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.

    3. Any complaints received from customers about the businesses will be logged, and possibly checked out by Bruno’s team if appropriate. If an business on the ONP website receives two complaints, they will be asked to leave the website, and their monthly payments will cease immediately. Only Nice People will not enter into any legal disputes regarding work carried out, or services supplied by the businesses on the ONP site. If a complaint is received, it will be considered as something that has to be dealt with by the business and the customer together, as complaints go against the principles of Only Nice People.
